That's so true... the house I first lived in is in a shambles now. At some point in the past 10 or so years it's had a major fire and was basically gutted and no one's ever repaired it... so it just sits there as a hollow shell in an unkept yard with the azaleas that my M planted blooming all around it The sad part is it's right next door to one of my great aunts so I used to see it all the time and it was always so sad :(
It's a gorgeous house, I'm sure it won't stay empty long!
